OSS Engineer – Fault Management

About the role

We are looking for an OSS Engineer to join Vodafone’s Assurance domain within the Digital Network & OSS team. The role focuses on designing, delivering and operating fault‑management solutions that enable our Network Operating Center to monitor and control the network efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement fault‑management systems, primarily using HPE TeMIP.
• Increase automation and drive zero‑touch operations across the network.
• Define and deliver technical solutions that integrate multiple OSS platforms.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd level operations teams and support NOC activities.
• Participate in project planning and follow Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in telecommunications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OSS engineering or a similar role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, preferably in an international environment.
• Project‑management experience and high proficiency in English (working language).
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum or SAFe is a plus.
