About the role

Join LS&Co., a global leader in denim, as a Store Associate in Valencia. You will work 30 hours per week, providing personalized service that helps customers express their style and find the perfect fit.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional one‑to‑one service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support store operations, including cash register handling, fitting room management, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
