Product Owner - Email Security

About the role

The Product Owner will lead the Email Security product line, shaping its vision and ensuring delivery of high‑impact features that protect the organization from evolving threats.

Key responsibilities

• Write, refine and maintain detailed specifications (epics and user stories) and prioritize stakeholder requirements.
• Partner with the Product Manager to define and adjust the product roadmap.
• Evaluate features and leverage Proofpoint capabilities to enhance threat protection.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders, delivering presentations and reports.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums and Sprint Reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security, data‑privacy and other non‑functional requirements and produce related documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable backlog items.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
