About the role
Join bsport’s Northern Europe team as a Sales Development Representative focused on the French market. Based in Barcelona, you will help expand a fast‑growing wellness SaaS platform by identifying new business opportunities and engaging prospects across France, Benelux and DACH.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyse market segments to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Conduct outreach via email, cold calls and social media (LinkedIn & Instagram) to generate interest.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and positioning bsport’s solution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to share market insights and stay ahead of trends.
- Maintain and optimise your pipeline in SalesLoft, using video and creative outreach to boost engagement.
Required profile
- Recent graduate eager to start a career in sales.
- Native‑level French with strong English proficiency.
- Motivated, resilient and able to manage a high volume of outreach without sacrificing quality.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Familiarity with Instagram as a outreach channel.
- Use of SalesLoft for pipeline management.
