Senior Procurement Manager - Southern Europe

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities across Southern Europe. You will act as the regional procurement lead, partnering with global and local teams to drive sourcing initiatives, manage supplier performance and ensure cost‑effective operations for existing lounges and new airport lounge openings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement contact for regional Operations, Finance, Commercial and functional stakeholders.
• Translate operational requirements into procurement plans and sourcing activities aligned with Group policies.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract execution.
• Implement regional and global contracts in line with approved category strategies and delegated authorities.
• Onboard suppliers, ensure correct pricing, service requirements and contract communication.
• Monitor supplier performance against quality, service, delivery and commercial targets, and address any issues.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and standardisation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day procurement operations, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receiving and issue resolution.
• Monitor ordering patterns to improve compliance and reduce off‑contract spend.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading procurement or sourcing functions in a regional or multi‑country environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end procurement processes, contract management and supplier performance monitoring.
• Ability to work closely with Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to resolve procurement‑related issues.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing RFQ/RFP cycles.
• Experience supporting new site or lounge openings is a plus.
