Senior Project Manager – Madrid, Valencia or Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with at least four years of experience to lead end‑to‑end projects for our banking clients. The role involves direct customer interaction, coordination with cross‑functional squads, and ensuring high‑quality delivery in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closure, including scope, timeline, budget, and risk.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide status updates to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Architecture, Development, etc.) to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Ensure project quality standards are met and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support agile squads.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural, remote‑friendly environment.
