Site Security Manager – Critical Infrastructure (Madrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Security Manager to lead security operations at a high‑critical datacenter in Madrid. You will ensure safety, compliance and operational performance for a 24/7 security team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑site security personnel.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations within a critical infrastructure environment.
• Guarantee full staffing coverage for 24/7 operations.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures, standards and policies.
• Oversee security systems such as CCTV, access control and incident management tools.
• Collaborate with client representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Support audits, inspections and operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma, secondary education equivalent or GED.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the security industry with team‑management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of security operations and procedures.
• Experience in datacenters or other critical infrastructure (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid Director de Seguridad license (mandatory).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Madrid.
