Talent Manager & HR Projects

About the role

Hero is looking for a senior Talent Manager to drive the Talent agenda across Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Reporting to the HR Director and leading a dedicated team, you will align talent strategy with business priorities and create an outstanding employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent team, defining the Iberia Talent strategy in line with Group HR guidelines.
• Own Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, building strategic pipelines such as the Graduate Programme and managing partnerships with universities and business schools.
• Implement Performance Management frameworks and foster a strong feedback culture.
• Design and deliver Learning & Development programs that meet business needs and compliance requirements.
• Drive HR projects and optimise the Talent function through technology (e.g., SuccessFactors, AI applications).
• Establish data‑driven processes, KPIs and governance to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience across the full Talent lifecycle (TA, TM, Performance, L&D) and HR projects.
• Post‑graduate degree or Master’s in HR is a plus.
• Proven leadership in multinational, multicultural or matrix environments.
• Consultant mindset with experience in executive search, recruitment consulting or HR transformation consulting.
