A400M MRO-Retrofit Planning and Production Control (Temp Agency)

About the role

A temporary position within the Planning and Production Control Team for the A400M retrofit programme at Airbus' Getafe site. The job holder supports on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of retrofit aircraft through tasks covering missing parts, shopfloor planning, KPIs and tactical planning.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in MFTs preparing retrofit events in Getafe and provide the single interface with TASM for material management.
• Prepare and report missing parts status per MSN, escalate critical missing parts, analyse them per subsidiary and support finding and resolution, including quotations and availability.
• Maintain expendables safety stock, manage end-to-end consumable flow and deliver shopfloor bar charts with inflows and findings.
• Define, maintain and share KPIs for Retrofit Management, support production on KPI decisions, create dashboards and run planning simulations for new inputs or deviations.
• Follow up main milestones, create and update the shopfloor work platform, support production and quality on work preparation and task sequences, and support issue resolution within cost limits.
• Update the Retrofit Tactical Plan, manage UP, simulate MRO/Retrofit scenarios and support load capacity analysis and headcount tracking.

Required profile

• University degree.
• English mandatory.
• Good communication, organizational and leadership skills; organized and structured.
• Knowledge of retrofit, services processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations) and IT tools (SAP, Pelícano) is an asset.
