Accommodation Revenue Coordinator (Spain)

About the role

We are seeking an Accommodation Revenue Coordinator to optimise market share across multiple regions by managing rates, availability and strategic hotel partnerships. You will work closely with sourcing teams, hotel partners and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source special offers and discounts for relevant destinations using wholesale and channel manager methodologies.
• Manage availability initiatives, challenge stop‑sales, request extra allocation and reduce release periods to maximise inventory control.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to inform pricing and availability decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, providing support on pricing strategies and offer implementation.
• Track availability, bed‑to‑seat ratios and offer activity, delivering regular insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee hotel partner actions in sourcing systems, communicate short‑fall risks and collaborate with yield teams to capture revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with analytical, numerical reasoning and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and feedback skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a customer focus.
• Ability to manage time, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
