Account Development Associate (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Fever for Business, the B2B arm of Fever, provides live entertainment experiences as a service to companies, schools and global brands. As Account Development Associate, you will drive the pipeline for its corporate ticketing offering, generate new revenue opportunities and lead the full sales cycle for group ticket sales, qualifying and nurturing inbound interest and developing targeted outbound strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for the corporate ticketing offering.
• Manage and close group ticket sales, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception.
• Build and optimise outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting so the team stays aligned on targets.
• Work with Project Managers and the Sales team to align campaigns and share insights.
• Track and report KPIs such as SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed-won revenue, and iterate based on performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school.
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in sales development or business development; media or events experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to build processes from scratch.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to craft presentations and written pitch materials.
