Account Development Representative (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Fever for Business (F4B) is the B2B arm of Fever, the tech platform for culture and live entertainment, which helps businesses, schools and global brands create memorable events. As Account Development Representative, you will drive the pipeline for its privatized events offering: qualifying and nurturing inbound interest and crafting targeted outbound plays. The role is based in Madrid and offers a hybrid setup.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for the privatized events offering.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting so the team stays aligned on targets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Fever Originals and the wider Sales organization to align campaigns and share insights.
• Track and report on SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed-won revenue, and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to corporate audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school.
• Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, media or events company (strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to make data-driven decisions.
• Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
