Account Development Representative (Polish, Romanian, Hungarian)

About the role

Fever for Business (F4B) is the B2B arm of Fever, the live entertainment platform, and it offers privatized events as a service to businesses, schools and global brands. As Account Development Representative you will be the pipeline engine for this offering: qualifying and nurturing inbound interest and crafting targeted outbound plays, while sharpening the sales methodology behind your growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for the privatized events offering.
• Build and optimise outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to raise response and conversion rates.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting so the team stays aligned on targets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Fever Originals and the wider Sales organisation to align campaigns and share insights.
• Track and report on SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed-won revenue, and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to corporate audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school.
• Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, media or events company (strongly preferred).
• Fluency in English and an Eastern European language (Polish, Romanian or Hungarian).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
