Account Executive – B2B Live Entertainment (Portuguese Speaker)

About the role

Fever is a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, and its B2B unit, Fever for Business, provides live experiences as a service to businesses, schools and global brands. Fever is looking for an experienced Account Executive to grow this unit and bring the full power of Fever to corporate and institutional clients. You will manage a targeted book of business in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, advise prospects on their needs in the culture and live entertainment space and drive net new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business revenue within your territory, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
• Own pipeline creation and deal-cycle management using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies
• Drive a land-and-expand motion for strategic accounts
• Use Fever's ecosystem and your own network to identify and engage ideal prospects
• Map and multi-thread key stakeholders in your territory
• Craft and run outreach strategies to improve pipeline quality
• Build client relationships that generate recurring revenue
• Work with Marketing, Partners and Operations, conduct market research and keep CRM hygiene and forecasts accurate

Required profile

• 3-5 years in B2B sales (SaaS, media, entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets
• Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese; additional languages a strong plus
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders
• Self-starter, adaptable to change, excellent written and verbal communication

Required skills

• MEDDIC or SPIN methodology (preferred)
• Consultative selling and deal execution
