Account Executive (Portuguese Speaker)

About the role

Fever for Business, the B2B arm of Fever, provides live entertainment as a service to businesses, schools and global brands. It is looking for an experienced Account Executive to grow its emerging unit and bring Fever's platform to corporate and institutional clients. You will manage a targeted book of business in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, advise prospects on their needs in culture and live entertainment, and drive net new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business revenue in your territory, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
• Own pipeline creation and deal-cycle management using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies
• Drive a land-and-expand motion for strategic accounts
• Use Fever's ecosystem and your own network to identify and engage ideal prospects
• Map and multi-thread key stakeholders and craft outreach strategies to improve pipeline quality
• Build client relationships that generate recurring revenue
• Work with Marketing, Partners and Operations, conduct market research and keep CRM hygiene and forecasts accurate

Required profile

• 3-5 years in B2B sales (SaaS, media, entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets
• Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese; additional languages a strong plus
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders
• Self-starter, adaptable to change, excellent written and verbal communication, able to work independently and in a team

• Consultative selling and deal execution
