Account Executive – Strategic Accounts

About the role

HP is hiring an Account Executive in Las Rozas for its Sales & Services entity. As the primary account owner of a select group of business accounts, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and deliver solutions that help them achieve their business objectives. You will lead account strategies and focus on outcome-based sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• Expand share of wallet by growing revenue within existing Retain and Development accounts.
• Manage account-level profitability through strategic planning, pricing discipline and value-added solutions.
• Promote the full portfolio of hardware, software and services to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Act as a trusted advisor and host customer welcome meetings, supporting adoption of services and solutions.
• Build relationships with senior business and IT executives and connect customer strategy and initiatives to HP offerings.
• Hold regular planning and review meetings with clients and internal teams, manage sales pipelines and retain clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Proven experience in strategic account management and sales, including 10+ years of industry sales experience.
• Demonstrated success with senior-level clients and experience leading account teams locally and globally.
• Experience in direct selling, pipeline management and end-to-end P&L management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Travel is 25%; no shift premium (Spain) and no relocation.
