Graduate Inside Account Representative

About the role

HP is looking for a Graduate Inside Account Representative to join its Madrid office. You will work closely with Account Executives to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities, managing the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal. No previous experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and keep a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and manage customer relationships and analyse sales data to track performance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Manage smaller transactional deals independently, from qualification to close.
• Support customers in adopting new products, and help with product selection, demos, RFP responses and sales catalog updates.
• Contribute to project coordination, pricing, solution development, sales closure and technical demonstrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 12 months.
• Native-level Spanish and high-level English; Catalan is a strong asset.
• No experience required; sales or sales-related internships or up to two years of experience are a plus.
• An IT or related technical background is highly valued.
• Demonstrated interest in sales, account management or customer engagement.

Required skills

• Managing the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Proficiency in digital and remote selling techniques.
• Experience with cross-selling and up-selling is a plus.
• Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging technologies, especially AI, to improve sales performance.
