Junior Inside Account Representative (Catalan Speaker)

About the role

HP's Madrid office is looking for a Junior Inside Account Representative who speaks Catalan. You will work closely with Account Executives to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities, managing the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and keep a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and manage customer relationships and collaborate with Account Executives on strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Analyse sales data and metrics to track performance and guide strategy.
• Manage smaller transactional deals independently, from qualification to close, and help customers adopt new products.
• Support product selection, demonstrations, responses to requests for proposals and updates to sales catalogs.
• Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing and technical demonstrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Native Catalan and fluent Spanish, and fluent English.
• At least two years of experience in sales and account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales pipelines.
• Experience in direct sales with various stakeholders and in selling services and recurring revenue models.
• Background in Information Technology or a related technical field is highly valued.
