About the role

Viatris Pharmaceuticals S.L., a global healthcare company, is hiring an Administrative Customer Service Officer in Barcelona under a fixed-term contract. The role supports the Customer Relations / Master Data team in the client re-registration process, ensuring evidence is collected and loaded correctly into SAP so project deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities

Search, collect and attach evidence and documentation in SAP (XD01 / XD02 / XD03).
Ensure documentation is organised and uploaded correctly in the system.
Provide basic validation support for records under supervision.
Open and manage incidents when documentation is missing or there are discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams (Master Data, Customer Support, Quality) to resolve cases.

Required profile

Experience in SAP (master data management of customers is valued).
Attention to detail and ability to work with a high volume of records.
Ability to follow structured, compliance-oriented processes.
Teamwork and coordination with different stakeholders.

Required skills

SAP
Knowledge of GxP processes is valued
