AI Software Presales Solutions Architect Engineer

About the role

HP is looking for an AI Software Presales Solutions Architect Engineer in Sant Cugat del Valles to promote and sell its AI software solutions. You will work closely with the business development team to drive adoption of AI solutions and grow the customer base, combining technical expertise with a tactical and strategic presales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI proof of concepts to show the value of the solutions to customers.
• Guide customers through onboarding into proof of concept and production phases within their AI/ML workflow.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear value propositions for customers.
• Work with the business development team to understand customer needs and give pre-sales technical support.
• Partner with customers and partners to expand adoption of HP AI solutions.
• Deliver training sessions on AI software solutions for customers, internal teams and partners.
• Create technical documentation and best-practice guides, and help build sales assets with sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and tailor solutions to their business needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of solution engineering and software experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in AI software sales or solutions engineering.
• Proven track record of developing enterprise data science projects and achieving presales KPIs such as opportunity conversion.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning and data science concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with AI frameworks, tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with sales processes and tools.
• Proficiency in Python or C++, with experience in both.
• DevOps and software development in hybrid cloud environments (cloud, hybrid and on-premise).
