AIT Manager – Launchers Business Line

About the role

Airbus Space Systems is seeking an AIT Manager to lead the end‑to‑end manufacturing of telecommunication satellite programmes within the Launchers Business Line. You will work closely with engineering, production and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure quality, schedule and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain Integrated Project Plans covering manufacturing activities, material procurement, assembly tools and MGSE.
• Monitor manufacturing progress, identify critical paths and report project status.
• Prepare, analyse and control the manufacturing budget, including cost control and EAC deviation management.
• Plan and follow‑up Quality Gates, manage risk and opportunity assessments.
• Coordinate inputs and outputs for Spacecraft Production in Spain.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage workload across multiple projects and comply with quality and H&S standards.
