Analog Design Engineer - Power Management ICs

About the role
Monolithic Power Systems designs integrated power semiconductors and systems power delivery architectures. This Design Engineer position focuses on designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management products using advanced sub-micron BiCMOS / DMOS technologies. Products may include switching regulators, linear regulators, high-voltage circuits and power management ICs for portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, PDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital cameras and network equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Take part in the full product development cycle, from product definition through product release.
- Work on the complete design process at sub-block level, including verification and layout supervision.
Required profile
- BSEE, MSEE or PhD with a solid foundation in analog circuit design.
- 2-3 years of experience in analog design.
- Effective communication and written skills in English are essential.
