Associate (AI) Solution Consultant – Orbit Program

About the role

Celonis is recruiting an Associate (AI) Solution Consultant for its Orbit Graduate program, a 12-month immersive program within the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence. The role starts in Madrid for a 2-year onboarding period, with possible relocation to London afterwards, serving a UK customer base that requires travel to meet clients in person. The start date is 1 February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' AI strategy and business-critical challenges, then turn their requirements into solutions using Celonis Process Intelligence combined with AI and ML partners such as Microsoft, OpenAI and Databricks
• Build and code within the Celonis platform (SQL, PQL and Python), scope requirements, handle objections and deliver demos to executives
• Prototype solutions in customer hackathons and run end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects
• Support customers in moving from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents, and present quantified business value to senior executives
• Stay involved with projects until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached, and contribute reusable collateral and best practices to the Center of Excellence

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related STEM field with excellent academic performance
• Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology
• Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering and multi-agent orchestration
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch), plus data engineering tools
• Excellent English, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric, proactive approach
• Bonus points: customer-facing or sales experience, hands-on proof-of-concept work, agentic system experience, supply chain process experience, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and experience modelling ROI and TCO
