Atlassian Engineer

About the role

SQLI Group, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, is recruiting an Atlassian Engineer in Valencia to strengthen its Atlassian team on a strategic project for a world-leading luxury group with a strong international e-commerce footprint. You will join a team of five Atlassian specialists, guided by the Atlassian Practice Leader, in a hands-on role covering complex workflows, configurations and customer use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to production deployment.
• Configure and manage Jira and Confluence daily: workflows, screens, fields, schemes and permissions.
• Support Agile teams using SCRUM / Agile frameworks so that tools match delivery needs.
• Collaborate with internal SQLI teams and the customer's international stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, troubleshooting and optimisation of Atlassian environments.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or equivalent, or professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with the Atlassian stack.
• Agile / SCRUM experience.
• Full professional English, spoken and written.
• Highly valued: previous IT consultancy or customer support experience, and experience with international clients.

Required skills

• Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence, including workflow design, automation, permission schemes and project configuration.
• Integration with other enterprise systems.
• Reporting and analytics tools such as Atlassian Analytics or Power BI for dashboards and insights.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
