Auxiliar de Estética en hotel de lujo

About the role

The hotel seeks a motivated Auxiliar de Estética to support the spa and aesthetic services. You will work directly with guests, ensuring a high standard of treatment preparation, cabin hygiene and product management in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment cabins and perform basic aesthetic procedures.
• Maintain inventory of products and textiles, and restock as needed.
• Welcome guests, explain services, and accompany them during treatments.
• Clean and sanitize all tools and work areas according to hygiene standards.
• Handle client calls, offer refreshments, and support the front‑desk team.

Required profile

• Formal training in Estética y Belleza (FP Grado Medio) or a professional certificate in aesthetic treatments.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong customer‑orientation and teamwork attitude.
