Waiter / Waitress – Beach Resort Service

About the role

Join the Barceló Teguise Beach team as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a vibrant beach resort environment. You will work autonomously and responsibly, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service and sales with professionalism.
• Welcome guests, seat them when needed, and provide attentive table service.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations and service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Medium‑level Hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hostelería).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork, and a polished personal image.

Required skills

• APPCC (HACCP) knowledge.
• Cocktail preparation.
