About the role
We are looking for a motivated Waiter Assistant to join the team at Hotel Occidental Roca Negra, part of the Barceló Group. The role involves supporting the front‑of‑house team in delivering high‑quality service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests at reception and help them settle into the hotel when needed.
- Provide direct service for food and beverage orders.
- Help prepare, set up and break down dining areas for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the work zone and equipment.
Required profile
- Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
- Mandatory HACCP training.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- High level of English.
- Team‑player with ability to work under pressure, good personal image and customer‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- HACCP certification.
