About the role

Join the hospitality team at Barceló Lanzarote Playa as an Assistant Waiter. You will support the front‑of‑house operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed and receive prompt service in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in welcoming guests and help them settle at their tables when needed.
• Support the direct service of beverages and meals to customers.
• Participate in the preparation, set‑up, and breakdown of dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the service zone and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Mandatory HACCP (food safety) training.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under pressure, with good personal presentation.
