About the role

The Waiter Assistant will support the front‑of‑house team in delivering a seamless dining experience for guests at our hotel restaurant. This position involves direct interaction with customers, helping them settle, and ensuring service areas are well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in welcoming guests, guiding them to their seats and helping with any immediate needs.
• Support the service staff in serving drinks and meals, ensuring timely and courteous delivery.
• Participate in the set‑up, arrangement, and breakdown of dining areas for each service.
• Help maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the service zone and related equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with mandatory HACCP certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good personal presentation and strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
