About the role
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the culinary team at the Royal Hideaway Hotel in Santa Catalina. You will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, preparation and service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
- Clean, peel and cut vegetables.
- Mix ingredients for various dishes.
- Pluck poultry and prepare meat.
- Scale and clean fish.
- Keep kitchen tools and work areas clean.
- Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.
Required profile
- Medium‑level vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy.
- Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
- At least one year of experience in a similar kitchen role.
- No language requirement.
- Hospitality knowledge is a plus.
Required skills
- HACCP knowledge.
- Food preparation.
- Vegetable cutting.
- Meat chopping.
- Fish scaling.
