About the role

The Hotel Royal Hideaway Corales Resort is looking for a motivated Waitstaff Assistant to support the dining area operations. You will work closely with the service team to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests at reception and help them settle into the dining area when needed.
• Provide direct service for food and beverage orders.
• Participate in the set‑up, arrangement and breakdown of service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the service area and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Mandatory HACCP (APPCC) certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under stress, with good personal presentation and strong customer focus.

• HACCP knowledge.
