B2B Group Travel Support

About the role

Exoticca, an online travel agency focused on long-distance group trips, is looking for a B2B Group Travel Support team member in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for travel agents who reach out with new group inquiries, policy questions and pre-sales needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from travel agents on pre-sales inquiries, group policies and commission structures
• Identify promising group opportunities, gather key details and hand qualified leads to the Travel Specialists
• Review and track group cases and follow up on case updates so agents stay informed
• Handle account check-ins, policy updates and proactive follow-ups
• Work with the Specialist and Post-Booking teams to support group sales and operations

Required profile

• Passion for the travel industry and enthusiasm for helping create group journeys
• Great communicator with active listening skills, able to explain details clearly and enthusiastically
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to track cases and manage multi-step follow-ups
• Eager to learn; no extensive travel background needed, as training is provided
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional European languages are a big plus
• Available for afternoon/evening shifts between 3 PM and midnight

Required skills

• Basic tech skills; the team uses tools such as Salesforce to track cases, and training is provided
