B2B Head of Sales, Spain (Flex and PBSA)

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is looking for a B2B Head of Sales for Spain. The role drives commercial growth across the student housing and flex living portfolio and leads a team while staying hands-on in business development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy for student and flex living assets
• Identify, target and close partnerships with corporates, universities, relocation agencies and other institutional clients
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value B2B opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through B2B channels and monitor conversion rates and pipeline health
• Lead, coach and develop two B2B sales profiles, set targets and foster a high-performance culture
• Work with B2C sales, marketing and operations, aligning B2B work with leasing strategy and sharing client feedback
• Implement structured sales processes and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Yardi

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B sales, business development or key account management in hospitality or real estate
• Fluent Spanish and English (French ideal)
• Track record of closing B2B partnerships and generating revenue
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, mobility or related sectors is a strong plus
• Previous team management experience and a hunter + manager profile

Required skills

• CRM tools such as Yardi or similar
• Pipeline and process management, analytical mindset with data and performance metrics
• Negotiation and stakeholder management
