Billing Administrator – Temporary (Palma)

About the role

Alsa, a multinational bus operator with more than 20,000 employees, is looking for a temporary billing administrator in Palma. The role covers cruise itineraries, invoicing and contact with suppliers and customers, and runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, with summer hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 15:00.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cruise itineraries for the recording of forecasts
• Invoice purchases and issue sales invoices
• Contact suppliers and customers, as well as operational staff
• Support other tasks within the department

Required profile

• FP II finance training or higher
• Intermediate-to-high English (B2/C1)
• At least 2 years of experience in similar billing positions
• Problem-solving, organised and able to work in a dynamic environment

• Google Workspace (Gmail and Drive)
