DICE is redefining live entertainment and needs a creative leader to shape its global brand presence. As the Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager you will design and execute a cohesive strategy that drives audience growth, engagement and brand affinity across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overarching social and brand marketing strategy.
• Build a differentiated cultural positioning for the brand.
• Lead day‑to‑day execution on all social platforms, curating a consistent stream of engaging content.
• Create end‑to‑end social content, from concept through production to post‑production.
• Maintain a unified brand tone of voice across social, CRM, app, website and other channels.
• Implement a consistent visual aesthetic across all communications.
• Research emerging creative trends and potential collaborations.
• Analyse performance metrics and refine campaigns based on insights.

Required profile

• A passion for music and deep connection to cultural trends.
• Proven experience leading a brand’s social output, preferably in music, culture or entertainment.
• Strategic thinker capable of building scalable systems and frameworks.
• Exceptional writer with the ability to craft a distinct tone of voice.
• Highly organised, able to manage a large volume of work and meet high standards.
• Strong communicator comfortable presenting ideas and creative concepts.
