Business Analyst - Digital Operations Solutions (Temporary Agency)

About the role

A business analyst position within Airbus Defence & Space's Digital Operations Solutions has opened in Getafe (Madrid). It is offered through a temporary agency, and the candidate will work on customer requirements, process improvements and product planning.

Key responsibilities

• Run in-depth discovery meetings to understand, capture and identify the customer's complex business requirements and operational objectives, with recommendations on automation.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy.
• Support the IT Product Manager in product/service planning based on customer requirements.
• Document current challenges, future requirements and benefits in a way appropriate for the customer.
• Define and develop specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and the product team.
• Monitor external business trends to better challenge the business requirements.
• Act as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the area.
• Knowledge of scientific and technological laboratories.
• English knowledge.
