Business Analyst Intern - EMEA Marketplaces Online CX

About the role

HP Barcelona is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support its EMEA Marketplaces Online CX team. The role supports the marketplace content lead in improving the quality, consistency and effectiveness of HP product content across Amazon and other EMEA marketplaces. It is a learning-focused position combining content monitoring, gap analysis, impact measurement, cross-functional follow-up and best-practice documentation, with guidance from the team.

To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, stay enrolled until the end of the internship and be able to sign an internship agreement with your university. Availability starts in February 2027 and continues until June-July 2027. The internship is paid, lasts 4 to 12 months and can be part-time (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product content across Amazon and other EMEA marketplaces using agreed checklists and reporting tools, reviewing titles, descriptions, features, images, videos, enhanced content and attributes for completeness, accuracy, consistency and local relevance.
• Identify and document content gaps and discrepancies, maintain an evidence-based issue tracker, support follow-up with teams and verify corrections once published.
• Help measure the impact of content improvements with baseline and follow-up reports; where data is available, track organic visibility, traffic and conversion trends, documenting data sources and limitations.
• Draft and maintain best-practice guides, quality checklists, process documentation and knowledge materials, keeping approved examples and marketplace requirements in a shared repository.
• Support day-to-day content initiatives through data consolidation, meeting preparation, action tracking and progress summaries, and help test approved AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Business, Business Analytics, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Previous professional experience is not required.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, charts) and ability to interpret structured data.
• Ability to prepare documents and presentations in Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint or workflow automation is a plus.
