Sustainability Intern - EMEA

About the role

HP is recruiting a Sustainability Intern for its EMEA team, based in Sant Cugat del Valles. The internship is paid and runs between 5 and 12 months, starting in February 2027. It covers sustainability communications, customer analysis and process management, helping to strengthen internal communications, support key events and turn customer and competitor analysis into useful insights.

To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, stay enrolled until the end of the internship and be able to sign an internship agreement with your university. This is a general pipeline requisition and may not reflect an immediate opening.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal communications on sustainability programmes, events and engagements
• Work on customer and competitor analysis for internal sharing and data improvement
• Support communications around key customer, partner and team events
• Research and share customer and partner best practices
• Support work on the social impact programme HP Hope
• Use digital and AI tools, including Copilot, to support content development and analysis

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at a Spanish university, available to start in February 2027
• Interest in sustainability, communications, social media and technology
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Analytical, curious and proactive, with an interest in what makes content effective
• Collaborative and comfortable working in an international team
