Corporate Affairs Intern

About the role

HP is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Global Corporate Affairs Intern to support the HP Solutions Communications team in Barcelona. The intern helps drive operational excellence across communications programs, supports collaboration between Marketing and Communications, and contributes to initiatives that strengthen HP's corporate narratives and improve visibility into communications performance. The internship runs from February 2027 for 5 to 12 months, with flexible part-time (4 h/day) or full-time (8 h/day) schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination and alignment between Marketing and Communications teams on campaigns and initiatives
• Maintain and update trackers for content, campaigns, amplification and KPIs
• Help manage the communications content pipeline and track earned, owned and social content performance
• Support narrative integration across product launches, partnerships, customer stories and thought leadership
• Coordinate communications around product reviews, launches and key announcements
• Contribute to dashboards and reporting frameworks, and to process improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at a Spanish university, remaining enrolled until the end of the internship and eligible to sign an internship agreement
• Available to start in February 2027
• Preferred: degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, Business or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
