Business Assistant / Project Manager

About the role

Carazo Group is seeking a proactive Business Assistant / Project Manager to manage a rolling portfolio of operational and administrative projects across multiple jurisdictions. Working remotely, you will ensure certifications, licences, bank accounts and corporate setups are obtained efficiently, allowing senior leadership to focus on growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery for certifications, licences, permits, international bank‑account openings and new‑entity setups.
• Coordinate with banks, licensing authorities, notaries, lawyers and service providers, pushing each task to completion.
• Prepare, track and organise KYC files, corporate documents and applications to keep them audit‑ready.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and status reports, flagging risks early.
• Provide regular concise updates to the Operations Manager / CEO.
• Assist with broader business‑assistant duties as priorities evolve.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing administrative or operational projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional attention to detail and persistence in dealing with external institutions.
• Comfortable navigating licences, certifications, bank onboarding, KYC and government processes.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Russian is a strong advantage.
• Self‑managed, reliable and able to work remotely without daily supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion or Trello.
• Strong spreadsheet and document‑management abilities.
