Business Development Representative - Native English Speaker

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Business Development Representative in Madrid. You will fuel the revenue pipeline by targeting local businesses and turning their interest into long-term partnerships for the Secret Media Network business line, with a focus on expanding the UK presence.

Key responsibilities

• Build the foundation of the client base for the Secret Media Network (Secret London, Secret Birmingham, Secret Manchester and similar).
• Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities with leading brands, from restaurant groups to entertainment producers.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective partners, introducing them to branded content solutions.
• Own the full client journey, from prospecting and closing deals to ensuring successful campaign delivery.
• Generate new business with a strategic, data-driven approach and build trust-based, long-term relationships.

Required profile

• Native English speaker (essential).
• Approximately one year of experience in a client-facing sales or business development role, ideally in an advertising agency, digital media or tech company.
• Data-driven approach to business, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who manages a high volume of activity, tracks the pipeline in a CRM and meets targets.
• Team player able to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Genuine knowledge of and curiosity for local entertainment, events and lifestyle trends.
