Business Growth Analyst (Madrid Based)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Growth Analyst based in Madrid. You will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to expand Fever's entertainment market across up to 40 countries, designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams while collaborating across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development
• Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line
• Lead global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry
• Help improve company performance across departments through new plans and events
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills
• Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies and departmental growth initiatives
• Work with people and projects across different markets, with a focus on developing new experiences internationally

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytics and business role
• Background in engineering, maths, statistics, data analytics or strategy
• Advanced English is a must; Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese is a plus
• Proven team leadership experience and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and interested in industry trends
