Business Operations Associate

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Business Operations Associate in Madrid. The role acts as the operational owner of one of the company's business lines, ensuring processes and systems run efficiently and scale effectively. It sits within the Revenue Management team, which shapes sales strategy, optimizes content and categories and works closely with QA and Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational owner of one business line, making sure processes and systems run efficiently and scale well.
• Define, develop and implement end-to-end commercial operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across commercial and cross-functional teams.
• Build tools, automations and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with executives and multiple business units, with high exposure across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on problem solver who takes ownership from diagnosis to solution.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with coding or automation tools (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Google Cloud, Make, n8n).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
