Business Operations & Automation Intern

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Business Operations and Automation Intern within its Category Management team. The team shapes sales strategy, optimizes content and categories and works with QA and Sales to keep the marketplace efficient. The intern helps drive Fever's business plan across markets, from January 2027 for 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams with routine tasks by introducing automations and tooling that expand their capabilities.
• Identify and fix inconsistencies in CRM databases, assess problems and work with commercial teams to resolve them.
• Deploy automations to increase self-service capabilities.
• Support Sales Enablement projects by mapping processes and writing documentation, playbooks and tutorials for other teams.
• Collaborate with teams across different markets in an international environment spanning up to 40 countries.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken, written and reading Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics, comfortable with numbers and analytics tools.
• Naturally organized, process-oriented and able to document processes; thrives in a fast-paced environment and looks for ways to improve workflows.
• Available to sign an internship agreement with your university from January 2027 for 6 months.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF).
• Experience with or eagerness to learn Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets or Airtable.
