Business Operations Specialist

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Biz Ops professional in Madrid. The role acts as the operational owner of one of the company's business lines, keeping processes and systems efficient and scalable, within the Revenue Management team that shapes sales strategy and optimizes content and categories.

Key responsibilities

• Act as operational owner of a business line, ensuring processes and systems run efficiently and scale effectively.
• Define, develop and implement end-to-end commercial operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across commercial and cross-functional teams.
• Build tools, automations and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making.
• Work closely with executives and multiple business units, with high exposure across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on problem solver who takes ownership from diagnosis to solution.
• Detail-oriented, structured and solution-driven.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with coding or automation tools (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Google Cloud, Make, n8n).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
