Business Performance Senior Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Business Performance Senior Manager in Madrid. The role is hands-on and analytical, supporting the Business Development team and its strategy and performance tracking, with direct involvement of C-level leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team
• Act as the point of contact with company leadership (C-Level, Founders and SVPs)
• Plan, design and implement strategic initiatives to reach the Business Plan
• Define the reporting frameworks of commercial teams to monitor performance and guide decisions
• Analyse commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends and growth opportunities
• Partner with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to meet business targets
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/STEM
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting and business planning
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure
