Business Project Senior Analyst - Cigna Healthcare

About the role

Cigna Healthcare is looking for a Business Project Senior Analyst in Madrid. The analyst works closely with the Portfolio Lead, business owners and product teams to drive the day-to-day execution of key initiatives in the Provider Organization. Working within Value Streams, the role follows initiatives from idea inception, intake submission, work breakdown, delivery, testing and release.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Portfolio Lead and business owners to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the provider or operational experience
• Analyse and size the impact of initiatives, and help identify and onboard experts for prioritized ones
• Connect experts and agile delivery teams and ensure experts attend agile ceremonies as needed
• Collaborate with product teams to analyse and document business requirements so they are actionable for delivery teams
• Run analysis, mapping and investigations to support solution design, and contribute to discovery sessions led by product teams
• Monitor and report product performance, and support the intake submission process as needed
• Drive a culture of learning and adaptation by refining processes and sharing agile best practices

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process engineering or agile delivery, with a strong track record of delivering commitments
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; a Master's degree is an asset
• Experience in eligibility, claims, pre-authorization, network, strategy, finance or change management is a plus
• Agile mindset and certification are desirable; training and coaching are provided
