About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure the cleanliness and proper presentation of guest rooms and public areas at Occidental Jandía Playa. You will follow established procedures to maintain hygiene standards and support guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, products, tools and equipment for daily tasks.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture, fixtures and amenities.
• Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and report any damages.
• Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items and respond to complaints according to protocol.
• Collect used linens, send them to laundry and restock supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Basic education (ESO or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• Basic English language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations is valued.
• Customer‑oriented, team‑player, organized and responsible.
