About the role

Join the Barceló Fuerteventura Mar team as a waiter, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a dynamic resort environment. You will work autonomously while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and clear tables, ensuring a welcoming dining area.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and promote sales of menu items.
• Welcome guests, seat them when needed, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and work tools.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures, including proper food handling.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• At least one year of experience in a similar waiter or food‑service role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player attitude, ability to work under pressure and maintain a polished personal image.

Required skills

• APPCC (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certification.
