Camarero/a (Sustitución) – Hotel Occidental Atenea Mar

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter to join the team at Hotel Occidental Atenea Mar on a substitution basis. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools required for smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• HACCP (APPCC) training.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar waiter or food‑service role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player with the ability to work under stress.
• Good personal image, social skills, and customer orientation.
